About the role: Bring ideas to life in vibrant, dynamic motion!

We are looking for a 3D Designer who thrives on turning concepts into captivating short stories, blending art and technology to create eye-catching animations. You will be part of a creative team, where your work will directly shape the visual experience of millions of users worldwide. Are you in?

In this role, you will

• Generate short, engaging story concepts
• Research audience preferences and conduct competitive solution analysis
• Execute blocking based on team feedback and bring 3D gift animations to production-ready quality

It’s all about you

• 1+ year of experience creating 2D/3D motion videos
• Strong skills in After Effects (2D animation and compositing) + Blender or Cinema 4D (3D graphics)
• Experience with video codecs and file optimization (Media Encoder, Shutter Encoder)
• Creative approach to problem-solving and competitor analysis
• Ability to work at a fast pace without sacrificing quality, adapt quickly to new requirements, and deliver results within deadlines
• Proactive mindset. You take ownership of your work, seek opportunities to improve the product, and bring ideas to the table
• English B2 or higher

Would be a plus

• Experience creating Lottie or Rive animations, and using AI-based tools for image and video generation
• 3D modeling experience
