  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing user-centered digital products and applications.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design process, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

  • Excellent understanding of user experience principles, usability best practices, and design thinking methodologies.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.

  • Ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems and propose innovative solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

  • Strong visual design skills and an understanding of typography, color theory, and UI design principles.

  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and experience in designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, and desktop).

  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.

  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

  • Advanced English level

$95,000 — $125,000/year
