We’re looking for a design manager to grow and develop the design team from 1 design lead to 6+ designers in 6 months. You’ll work with design leads to iterate on design team processes, such as design critiques, reviews, and workshops with other teams.

You’ll empower and support your team, while identifying growth opportunities for designers to take on more scope and ownership, develop the skills they want, and build their careers.

This will be a dedicated people manager role. Title and responsibilities may vary depending on experience and interest. As an early member of the Secureframe team, you’ll also influence team culture and how we work cross-functionally together.

We’re a remote-first company with company retreats and offsites to build our team culture, collaborate in person, and have fun together.
