We are looking for an inspiring Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to guide our work in building a workplace where every employee can succeed. In this position, you will shape and execute DEI strategies across the organization, support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), cultivate partnerships inside and outside the company, oversee programs such as supplier diversity, and use data to evaluate and share progress. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader skilled in creating inclusive environments, advising business leaders, and achieving measurable results that reflect our values and goals.

This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in our New York City or Los Angeles office.
How you’ll make an impact:
• You will oversee external partners to ensure alignment with our strategy and achievement of partnership goals. You’ll also explore new opportunities that deliver value across regions and support the diverse needs of Match Group’s global teams.
• You will serve as a trusted DEI advisor and expert, integrating core elements of our global DEI strategy into initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top diverse talent. You’ll partner with leaders to embed DEI into policies, decision-making, workforce planning, and cultural practices.
• You will coordinate quarterly inclusion council meetings with the team, monitor progress on council initiatives, and ensure alignment with our DEI priorities.
• You will guide global ERGs on strategy, operations, and annual goals. You’ll coach ERG leaders to strengthen their leadership skills and ensure their efforts support Match Group’s DEI and business goals.
• You will work with the Talent & Learning Management team to create and deliver programming, training, workshops, and meetings rooted in DEI principles, ensuring content reflects the needs of our global workforce and cultural differences across regions.
• You will build and manage a supplier diversity program, ensuring underrepresented groups are included in procurement. You’ll partner with procurement teams to set and track supplier diversity goals.
• You will create and maintain a quarterly DEI dashboard and report on key metrics, including ERG outcomes. You’ll analyze data, identify trends, benchmark externally, and turn insights into action. You will also manage annual inclusion surveys and follow-up efforts.
• You will support internal and external DEI communications and work with Employer Branding teams to create external content that strengthens Match Group’s employer value proposition.

• You have at least 8 years of experience leading DEI, organizational development, or related work, with proven, measurable results.
• You have experience overseeing cross-functional teams and enterprise programs.
• You are a strategic thinker who can connect DEI initiatives to business objectives.
• You have excellent communication and consulting skills and can influence stakeholders at all levels.
• You are skilled in analyzing data to identify trends, measure impact, and shape DEI strategies.
• You understand supplier diversity programs and how to implement them.
• You have strong project and program management capabilities.
• You excel at building relationships internally and externally to drive change.
• You can navigate cultural differences across global teams and tailor strategies accordingly.
• You are committed to fostering a culture that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
• You have experience in change management and organizational transformation.
• You are familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to workplace DEI.
What the team is like:
The DEI team sits at the heart of Match Group’s mission and works closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders across the company. Though small, the team drives meaningful, organization-wide change through focused and strategic efforts. This role reports directly to the CHRO.
Compensation: $170,000–$200,000 per year
Actual base pay may vary based on the role’s scope, a candidate’s experience, skills, training, internal equity, and market considerations. This range reflects compensation for roles based in Los Angeles or New York. Pay may be adjusted based on approved remote locations.
