Market Track is looking for a Database Technical Manager for our digital capture function who possesses strong technical skills and has the ability to solve complex technology challenges. Market Track monitors advertisements and promotions in over 250 U.S. & Canadian markets to track & convert them into data for our client’s advertising research needs.

This role will require database expertise including data collection, data analysis and data warehousing.This position will play a critical role in assisting the organization to continue to be the leader in providing market intelligence & analytics solutions for the world’s biggest brands.

This self-motivated person should be able to work independently as well as with a team. We’re looking for a leader that can take a task, get clarity as needed, and run with it to produce well designed maintainable systems. You need to love data and care about quality and design.

Applicants would preferably be located near Chicago, but remote applicants will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the work to design and implement new technology to manage data and images for our client deliverables.

• Lead the effort to research and track the appearance of online data and images

• Development of tools and processes for managing the data architecture and flow within the project.

• Resolve complex timeframes and operational requirements to deliver a stable and manageable platform.

• Integration of data from different sources to deliver business solutions for digital capture

• Liaison between corporate technology team, business partners and external vendors
