Xiim is looking for an experience Software Engineer with strong database and, Web Application development experience to work with skilled technical people and to help drive product development. The successful candidate will have experience developing database-driven software that is highly scalable and reliable.

Applicants must have strong background in database development, and strong programing skills. The candidate will primarily be a hands-on contributor mainly in development the Xiim Application and in helping improve current architecture for better performance and scalability.

• SQL, mySQL strong knowledge
• Database modeling, organization, design and structure
• Proficiency in relational database design
• Scheme design, Extract, Transform and load (ETL)
• Store Procedures
• Understanding of Hibernate is required
• Experience with Hibernate is a plus
• Experience with PHP a plus
• Experience with JDBC is a plus
• Java experience and Java Web App architecture is a plus
• Maven build
• Tomcat
• GitHub experience
