XM is excited to announce its 2026 summer internship program for final-year students, offering their first hands-on experience in their chosen field and areas of interest.
Join a life-changing 9-week program, tackling real challenges and building your skills in a fast-paced, international workplace. Throughout the program, you’ll be supported by dedicated XM colleagues who will serve as mentors and buddies.
As part of our dynamic Big-Fair-Human organisation, you’ll take part in tailored workshops and interactive learning sessions. Attend engaging project stand-ups, contribute to project success, and experience the energy of #LifeatXM. You’ll also learn best practices and receive guidance on improving your CV, preparing for interviews, and understanding the job market.
Program Details:
• Duration: 08/06/2026 – 07/08/2026
• Days/Hours: Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week
• Location: Limassol (full-time, office-based)

About the Role:
As a Data Science & Quantitative Finance Intern at XM, you’ll work on real projects in areas such as behavioural data analysis, process automation, and quantitative finance. You’ll help analyse data, identify patterns in user behaviour, improve processes, and support quantitative models that guide business decisions.
You’ll work closely with data scientists and analysts, gaining practical experience with real datasets and tools. This is a great opportunity to see how data science works in practice and apply what you’ve learned at university in a dynamic, international FinTech environment.
Main requirements:
- Final-year or postgraduate students in fields such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or other relevant quantitative disciplines.
- Minimum academic requirements:
- 1. Cyprus and Greece Universities: GPA 7.5/10
- 2. UK Universities: Degree classification 2:1
- 3. Private Universities in Cyprus: GPA 3.5/4
- 4. US Universities: GPA 3.3/4
- A copy of your academic transcripts is required.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Knowledge of Figma (wireframes, UI, prototypes).
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- A growth-focused and curious mindset.
