Track data and supporting documents. Prepare, organize, and sort source documents, and collect, interpret, and enter the data. Compile, sort, and verify information to ensure accuracy. Contact responsible parties or clients from other organizations to resolve moderately complex questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. Also handle recordkeeping, keyboarding/data entry, and a variety of other office tasks, including account balancing, invoicing, recording, appropriate analysis of sales records, and entering pay slips into an accounting database. These tasks will be completed using accounting software, and may include faxing or emailing while working confidently from home with a positive attitude.
