The Data Engineeringgroup is responsible for real-time business metrics aggregation, data warehousing and querying, schema and data management as well as a number of other analytics infrastructure systems. Our mission is to architect, develop, and deploy world-class data systems to empower every tier of our mission-driven company. We strive to build scalable systems that enable self-service access to sophisticated data and analyses.

Responsibilities:

• Design, architect and develop our data pipelines

• Design, build, and support a new data warehouse for InsideTrack’s business

• Create and support various ETL scripts, jobs, and technologies

• Tune and optimize data storage technologies – be it Postgres or HBase or other

• Interact with data analysts and power users to define metrics to build data models

• Function as data expert to advise users on the usage of structured and unstructured data

• Support APIs, tools, and 3rd party products to extract data from Cloud/SaaS applications
