Senior D365 Business Analyst

- Role Summary:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Document functional requirements, process flows, and use cases for D365 Finance, SCM, or CE modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system configurations and customizations.
- Support solution testing, user acceptance, and post-implementation reviews.
- Provide user training and ongoing support to drive system adoption.
- Key Skills & Experience:
- 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with D365 F&O, CE, or AX background.
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with D365 reporting tools, Power Platform, and integrations is an advantage.
- Preferred BA with D365 experience incase do not find then look for BA with strong CRM experience.
