Reservoir Labs is seeking a Cybersecurity System Engineer (SE) to join our elite team in a rapidly growing business.This role is client-facing and requires a deep understanding of the target market’s security requirements and the competitive landscape. The SE will engage in pre-sales and post-sales activities with prospective clients and value added resellers to communicate the value of Reservoir’s solutions and the fit into a prospect’s environment. He/she will need to become the expert in Reservoir’s product offerings to assess conditions in which Reservoir’s offerings are not a fit. The SE will assess the need for custom engineering and draft proposals for that deliverable as/if appropriate. This role requires deep interaction with the clients and partners, troubleshooting in post-sales operational environments, and working with engineering to enhance the product to better fit customer’s needs.
