As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
– Provide friendly and effective assistance through incoming phone calls, live chats, and emails to assist customers (and their customers).
– Become an Enhancify Financing product expert and help both customers and team members succeed
– Leverage support tools and best practices, while creating and documenting best practices of your own (for a larger team to follow as we scale)
– Occasionally assisting homeowners, or following up with customers’ questions.
Requirements
– At least one full year of Support experience with references
– One of the words you and those who know you best use to describe you is “Reliable” or “Consistent.” You are disciplined and process-driven.
– Excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal. People love talking to you and it’s easy and enjoyable for you to make a connection with others.
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
– Able to function in a fast-growing, low-structure early-stage startup.
– Effective and efficient problem-solver with strong critical-thinking skills.
Ideal Candidate (Big “Pluses”):
– You are a seasoned Support / Client Success / Account Management professional
– You speak Spanish
– You have at least 1-2 years of sales experience
– You have early-stage startup experience
