What we’re seeking:
• A customer‑first support mindset

• Experience in technical support
• Knowledge of Zendesk
• Ability to work independently and request clarification when needed
• Strong problem‑solving abilities across different apps and platforms
• Professional English skills
• Availability for 8 hours on February 9
Workspace requirements:
• Laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or newer
• Reliable headset
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a two‑factor authentication app on your phone
