100% remote – EU (excluding Germany)

Hey! Contact Heroes is launching a major new prepaid customer support project for a well-known mobile communications provider. This is an inbound customer service role.

We are seeking reliable, motivated freelancers located within the EU but outside Germany who can support us long-term with inbound customer inquiries.

If you live and work outside of Germany and want to work remotely as a self-employed freelancer, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Tasks
What you can expect:
• Handling inbound calls regarding prepaid products, plans, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical issues
• A professional project environment with dedicated points of contact
• Flexible working hours within the project’s schedule – you choose when you work
• Payment per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model)
• Fully remote – work from anywhere within the EU (except Germany)

Qualifications
1. Legal and formal requirements:
• Self-employed/freelancer status in your country of residence
• Residence outside Germany
• Ability to issue legally compliant invoices to international clients (including us)
• Fulfillment of tax obligations in your own country

2. Professional and personal requirements:
• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level
• Experience in telephone customer service is a plus
• Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills
• Long-term interest in working on the project

3. Technical requirements:
• Stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a high-performance PC
• A quiet, private home office with no third‑party access or visibility
• Confident handling of web-based tools
