We are now seeking skilled Customer Support Representatives to join us remotely.

**Monthly salary range:** €1,400–€2,000 gross, plus performance bonuses, depending on experience and results.
**Work schedule:** 4 days on, 4 days off.
**Available fixed shifts (Cyprus time):** 10:00–22:00 or 22:00–10:00.

### Job Duties and Responsibilities
– Assist customers via live chat and email
– Offer timely, helpful, and empathetic support
– Identify, review, and resolve customer questions and concerns
– Keep up to date with product information, features, and promotions
– Document and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments
– Carry out initial troubleshooting for customer inquiries

### Qualifications and Experience
– Excellent written and spoken English
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
– Solid computer knowledge and fast typing
– Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
– Minimum 2 years of online customer support experience required
