We are a team of nearly 30 people supporting more than 40,000 customers in over 150 countries. Our priorities are effective support, fast and clear communication, and exceptional service quality. Our clients trust that they can depend on us at all times. In addition to daily support, we take part in various projects, including work with developers, language analysis, and more. With rapid advancements in AI, we are enhancing automation and creating AI tools to help solve complex cases and strengthen relationships.

We offer support to our customers 24/7, so you should be prepared for rotating shifts.

You will be responsible for:
• Serving as the first point of contact, assisting customers with code installation, product use, customer exit reports, billing questions, and more
• Communicating quickly, efficiently, and clearly
• Working with technical support teams on more complex technical issues
• Building professional relationships with clients
• Learning about our products every day and staying updated on new features released by our product teams

What you’ll need to bring:
• Excellent English skills, as you will use them constantly
• Previous experience in business customer support
• Fast typing skills (at least 40 WPM)
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work the graveyard shift
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to absorb large amounts of information daily
• Basic knowledge of JS/HTML is an advantage
