We’re seeking independent Mod Contractors to join our network. If you’re interested in exciting opportunities with well‑known, modern, high‑profile clients—ModSquad is the place for you. You’ll likely recognize and personally use many of the brands we support. Their customers expect exceptional service, and that’s where our Mods shine.

Our Mods bring strong skills, a positive outlook, and great energy to every project. They help customers find solutions, address issues, and guide them so they can make the most of a client’s products or services. New projects are available now, with more coming soon.

Project hours:
24/7 coverage, with a particular need for availability between 9 AM and 6 PM PT

Orientation starts:
December 23, 2024

Hourly rate:
Discussed during the interview

Commitment:
20 hours per week
Up to 60 days, as needed

Language:
English

What we’re looking for:
• Experience using Zendesk
• Background in Tier 1 support
• Experience with ticket systems, inbound calls, chat, and email support
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on web and mobile apps
• Strong multitasking skills across multiple browsers and tabs while communicating with customers
• Tech-savvy with Mac, PC, iOS, Chromebook, Kindle Fire, and Android devices and applications
• Ability to walk users through app or website navigation and installation processes
• Professional communication skills and the ability to show empathy
• Reliable, high‑speed internet

Workspace requirements:
• A dedicated laptop or desktop running Windows 10 or newer
• A quality headset
• A quiet space for taking calls
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a 2FA mobile app
