As part of the Customer Support team, you will support users of our software. You will answer their questions and feedback, guide them in using the tool effectively, and help solve bugs and issues.

Your responsibilities:
– Support accountants and their clients during onboarding and in using the tool via chat and phone.
– Ensure proper follow‑up of requests until tickets are fully resolved and user satisfaction is achieved.
– Proactively reach out to users to identify satisfaction levels and needs, and follow up with users who choose to leave Pennylane.
– Identify bugs in the tool.
– Diagnose and solve user issues based on a solid understanding of accounting principles.
– Work with technical teams to resolve bugs through clear and structured escalation.
– Collaborate closely with other teams such as engineering, product management, account management, and sales.
– Identify potential product improvements.
– Stay up to date on product knowledge through active tool usage and internal communication about updates.
– Support onboarding and skill development of new team members by sharing best practices and helping to foster a supportive team culture.
