The Customer Success Representative (CSR) position is an integral function for impacting Cloud Academy’s over-all customer satisfaction. The position will be focused entirely and solely on the Cloud Academy customer base with the following four areas defining the measurement of success. Customer renewals
1) Building deeper business relationships with our customers to ensure product adoption/usage 2) Identifying and bringing to closure up-sell and cross-sell opportunities 3) Measuring customer reference-ability
The CSR position will need to work closely and collaboratively with multiple departments within Cloud Academy to be effective.
We are looking for someone that is passionate about customer support and customer success. You’ll work with our technical and product team in order to solve problems that our customers experience and improve their overall experience.
Salary and compensation
$15,000 — $45,000/year
