POSITION SUMMARY As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be responsible for working with a book of customers in our “medium touch” engagement model to achieve their business goals, monitor their account health, and drive revenue retention and growth. The CSM will be expected to proactively reach out to customers to provide value, perform activities to drive team adoption (ex: host trainings) and conduct annual renewal confirmation discussions. This person must be adaptable, as they’ll interact with different customers every day while working closely with various UpKeep departments such as Professional Services, Product, and Sales.
