Customer Success Engineer
We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer who will support our customers.
This position requires someone who loves working with people, social and cares about the results.
Successful candidate(s) will be interacting with customers and answering their questions about our products via Intercom and Email, helping our users solving their problems, following up with users about their problems and offering solutions, invoicing and account management, writing blog posts about mostly asked questions and similar topics, improving knowledge base and interact closely with sales and engineering teams.
We expect you to have experience in a customer facing role for at least 1 year, experience in at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, JavaScript or any other), knowledge about APIs, SaaS, B2B, HTTP or willingness to learn and being familiar with any of the following fields is a big plus: Scraping, SEO, Ads Verification, Data Collection for AI training.
