The opportunity: With the announcement of our latest funding round, Relay is entering an exciting new chapter. We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our enthusiastic and growing team. Customer Success is composed of dedicated and knowledgeable individuals who thrive on making our customers and their businesses successful. In this role, you will have the opportunity to communicate directly with our customers through online queries and calls, flex your writing skills by creating helpful resources for clients, creatively problem solve and help shape the future of small business.
