• You support our customers throughout the product on-boarding process in a cooperative and professional manner

• You proactively collect and analyse customer information to find the best solutions for their needs

• You are responsible for creating ad-hoc reports using customer and crealytics data

• You maintain and develop tools needed for the team’s daily business operations
