Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Requirements:
- A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- A USB headset
- High-speed internet such as Cable, Fiber Optic or DSL
- A minimum of 10 Mbps download
- An up-to-date computer with at least 8GB of RAM
- Windows 10 Home, Pro or Pro for Workstations or higher
- Compatible webcam (some client programs)
