Spotify is looking for enthusiastic, music‑loving students who are excited to learn and grow. This opportunity goes beyond a standard internship. It’s a paid program that offers real insight into working at Spotify and into the operations of a fast-growing company. The summer internship runs for about 10 weeks, starting in early June.

Business Interns are placed on teams that align with their academic background and interests.

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll help shape how artists and fans interact with Spotify in the wider world. You’ll collaborate with a broad team that includes brand managers, creatives, designers, copywriters, producers, strategists, experiential leads, and brand specialists. The program offers a rapid introduction to music and content marketing, and your work will help influence how people experience music.

As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll assist with daily activities across the entire campaign lifecycle alongside the Customer Success Management team. You’ll be an important part of the group, contributing to efforts that shape the listening experience.

As an Editorial Intern, you’ll work on projects such as developing high-quality audiobook playlists, creating strategies to reach new audiences, and improving internal systems used for performance measurement. The ideal candidate is passionate about analytics and deeply involved in the book community across genres. Your contributions will help shape the audiobook experience for listeners.

What You’ll Do

You’ll join the London Internship cohort in one of the following areas:

Marketing:
• Support the Marketing team in developing and executing creative campaigns with internal and external partners, focused on artists, partners, original content, or consumers.
• Collaborate with Spotify’s internal Marketing teams and external partners on both local and global campaigns and approval processes.

Customer Success:
• Create or revise sales orders.
• Request inventory availability for media plans.
• Gather audience insights for RFPs and post-campaign reporting.
• Manage IO processing, campaign bookings, and approvals.
• Complete third‑party brand measurement tasks and creative groupings.
• Prepare kickoff materials and mid/post-campaign reports.
• Oversee production requests or submissions.
• Work with outsourcing partners to ensure accuracy and timely completion of requests.
• Lead or contribute to high-level account management projects.
• Support onboarding, scheduling, and logistics.
• Handle special requests for major accounts and campaigns.
• Help organize planning and strategy meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on shared initiatives.
• Follow internal processes, guidelines, and workflows.

Editorial:
• Work with U.S. editors to develop strategies and processes for tracking key metrics more effectively.
• Create a project that expands editorial opportunities for underrepresented voices and artists.

Who You Are

• You are working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• You expect to graduate in 2026 or 2027.
• You already have valid work authorization in the country where the internship is based, lasting from June to August 2026.
• You’re available from June 15 to August 21, 2026.
• You are highly self‑driven.
• You have knowledge of and enthusiasm for the global music industry, including genres, subgenres, music history, influential figures, and reliable research sources.
• You are passionate about content development and the entertainment industry.
• You work well with others.
• You’re interested in production, storytelling, and developing clear consumer messaging.
• You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides, and can work with systems such as CRMs, OMSs, ad servers, and similar digital media tools (for Customer Success).

Where You’ll Be

• You’ll be based in our London office.
• The internship includes in‑office events and networking opportunities, so interns are asked to come in three days a week.

This paid internship runs for roughly 10 weeks and starts in mid-June 2026. Applications are due by February 5, 2026, at 5 PM GMT.
