We’re Growing
We’re hiring a Customer Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and support for our customers. You’ll act as a trusted insurance advisor, guiding customers through everything from new policy sales to billing questions, and contributing to our mission to modernize the insurance industry. What You’ll Do
Customer Service
• Provide excellent service across phone, text, and email
• Guide customers through the entire policy lifecycle including sales, adjustments, updates, billing, and verification
• Properly document customer interactions
• Support billing changes, payment processing, refunds, and tracking
• Offer high-touch support that consistently exceeds expectations
Operations and Process Improvement
• Spot opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Contribute to special projects aimed at scaling operations and enhancing customer outcomes
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve tools, including AI assistants
Collaboration and Innovation
• Build strong relationships across CX, partnerships, leadership, and other teams
• Bring new ideas and challenge traditional approaches to insurtech
• Work collaboratively in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume customer service or contact center role
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools
• Self-starter with strong ownership and initiative
• Creative, strategic thinker who elevates customer experience
• Ability to succeed in a dynamic, evolving workplace
• Ability to obtain required insurance licenses within 30 days of hire
Preferred
• Experience with Notion, Freshsales, or Zendesk (or willingness to learn)
• Insurance experience or a Property and Casualty license (licensing support available)
• Genuine interest in building a career in insurtech
