We are looking for a talented developer for the development of our site and application. We have a reasonable amount of traction, but we would like to reconstruct our site and app–to scale further. We will be participating in an upcoming accelarator, as we seek funding for the next level of growth. Please keep this in mind, when coming on board, because we would expect to have a developer that can be present, when we go through the programs. The most important component that investors seek–when deciding to fund–is team dynamics, in addition to the ability to execute on your ideas, because they feel that you have the necessary skill sets in your team. We have not received any funding, so we are hoping to find a CTO/developer/founder who would be willing for EQUITY until we receive our seed round. We are both graduate students and we are both %100 in this for the long haul, we would like to find a technical co-founder with the same passion. Our ideal candidate would be talented, ambtious and quite entrepreneurial. Experience level is flexable; what matters most is that you have an adaquate capability of acheiving our standard of performance. This is a humungous task, but this idea is revolutionary.
