• 10+ years of hands on IT experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement large scale financially sensitive enterprise level software solutions
• Hands on eCommerce experience.
• Hands on mobility experience.
• Up to date know how on technology trends, acutely aware of ramification and disruption due to technology changes.
• Very clear and detailed understanding about financial software implementation and report generation needs.
• Ability to clearly see the overall vision of the stake holders and ensure that the gap in the technological solutions is minimal to none.
• Service as a bridge between the business and technology organizations.
• Very strong architecture and design skills.
• Detail oriented with capability to plan plan, track and analyse all aspects of technical projects.
• Ability to collaborate and motivate team in going that extra mile.
• Ability to work with distributed teams, both onshore and offshore.
• Penchant to get into and understand any technology role.
• Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Reside in the Cincinnati area is preferable, but not a deal-breaker
