ROLE: The CTO responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development. The CTO plays an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth.

The CTO will build and lead ELM’s technical roadmap taking into account the need to build or integrate products and platforms that appropriately balance the need for speed-to-market, scalability, and differentiation. It’s paramount that the CTO be very resourceful, and knows how to accomplish technology goals with ingenuity as well as within budget.
