Overview
This role centers on managing AirSculpt’s consumer Email and SMS marketing programs. Responsibilities include the technical setup and launch of campaigns, as well as contributing to creative development, reporting, and overall strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer and prospect communication, stays current on ESP and legal compliance updates, and can identify content trends and opportunities. This person should excel in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of customer lifecycle performance to drive engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities
• Lead the overall CRM strategy across email, SMS, and push channels
• Develop segmentation and personalization approaches to improve performance
• Build audiences and develop emails, including dynamic content, within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Create and refine automated journeys, nurture series, and triggered flows such as welcome, education, targeted offers, referral, and win-back campaigns
• Oversee the CRM calendar and ensure coordination with company-wide marketing and promotional plans
• Analyze KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes, and revenue per send, and optimize accordingly
• Work with the sales team to provide a seamless experience at every lead touchpoint
• Stay informed on regulations including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR
• Manage the CRM technology stack, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Twilio
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team on strategy, tactics, campaign themes, and promotions to ensure consistent user experiences
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
• 5–7+ years of experience specifically in email and/or SMS marketing; DTC experience preferred (experience with lead conversion is helpful but not required)
• Demonstrated success building and scaling email and SMS programs that drive revenue
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages and behavior-based targeting
• Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Twilio, Looker, and Google Analytics
• Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Solid knowledge of deliverability, compliance, and communication regulations for email and SMS
• Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and curiosity

Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit or stand intermittently for an 8–12 hour shift
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation
Salary range: $85,000–$95,000 plus potential bonus. Total compensation depends on experience and relevant certifications or licenses.
