We’re looking for a Creative Producer to join the Highsnobiety Brand team in Berlin. This role sits within our brand team and offers the chance to work on a wide range of creative projects, from in-house and local shoots to global productions. It’s an exciting opportunity to build Highsnobiety’s production structures and help define how the brand presents itself visually.

YOUR MISSION:
– Manage local and global production for visual assets (including campaigns, lookbooks, video content, and product photography) for the Highsnobiety Brand
– Lead casting for on-model productions, working closely with agencies, directors, and street-cast talent
– Build strong relationships across departments to support the development of innovative, on-brand creative
– Prepare cost breakdowns, manage the production budget effectively, and handle invoicing
– Create efficient internal processes in collaboration with our in-house creative team
– Develop lasting relationships with photographers, stylists, casting directors, and production teams

YOUR SKILLS:
– 2+ years of experience in photo and video production, with a proven record of high-quality storytelling
– A solid understanding of both technical and creative production processes
– A problem-solving mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Willingness to take ownership of building effective processes and team structures to ensure multiple productions run smoothly at the same time
– A strong understanding of and appreciation for Highsnobiety’s core audience and content areas (streetwear, fashion, music, art, and social and political topics)
