The TRACTIAN Marketing team bridges the gap between our innovative products and the technical audience we serve, combining Growth, Branding, and Product Marketing to reach and resonate with both prospects and customers. Our team collaborates deeply with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure our visual identity and messaging reflect TRACTIAN’s expertise and commitment to operational excellence.
What will you do
As a Creative Designer, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our sales enablement efforts and digital marketing campaigns by creating visually engaging, technically sound materials. Your design work will include not only branding and digital assets but also the layout and design of rich, in-depth resources like white papers, case studies, and product guides. This role is ideal for a designer who can balance creativity with strategic thinking, leveraging design to drive both customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement Materials: Design and layout rich content resources (e.g., white papers, case studies, product guides) to support the Sales and Customer Success teams in educating and engaging potential clients.
- Digital Marketing Campaign Assets: Create compelling visuals for digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, email, and social media, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Brand & Visual Identity Development: Uphold and evolve TRACTIAN’s visual identity by developing high-quality, cohesive design assets that align with brand guidelines and appeal to a technical audience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure all materials accurately reflect our product value and address the needs of our customers.
- Layout & Graphic Design: Focus on creating visually appealing layouts and structured designs for rich materials, combining typography, iconography, and imagery to communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Stay Updated on Design Trends: Continuously research and incorporate design best practices, particularly within the digital marketing and B2B space, to ensure TRACTIAN’s materials remain modern and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer, ideally in a B2B or technical field, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, digital campaign assets, and document layout.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools, with strong skills in layout design and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and the role of design in driving campaign performance.
- Ability to interpret technical information and transform it into visually appealing, accessible content.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Bonus Points
- Experience with animation and motion graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design considerations.
- Previous experience in a sales enablement or product marketing capacity.
- Participation in design competitions, conferences, or workshops.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software.
