As Airhelp continues to grow rapidly and is currently dominating the air compensation scene (following San Francisco’s Y Combinator), we are looking for an energetic, versatile and hands-on Country Manager with both strategic and operational responsibilities for Norway. The ideal candidate will completely oversee our business operations locally and develop effective business relationships whilst acting as the ambassador of the company ultimately facilitating the successful aggressive growth of Airhelp within the volatile legal air business space.

Key responsibilities: • Identifying business opportunities to expand Airhelp’s portfolio with prominent clients in the air travel space.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement Airhelp’s business and marketing strategies.

• Providing leadership, intellectual impetus, and sense of urgency to drive execution of broad range of business tasks leading to the timely closure of contracts and deals.
