Match Group is looking for a driven and skilled Corporate Paralegal to help manage a wide range of corporate governance and public company reporting matters around the world. This role reports to the VP, Corporate and Securities Counsel.

This position can be fully remote or hybrid, depending on location. Match Group is headquartered in Dallas, TX, with offices in Los Angeles and New York.
How you’ll make an impact:
• Support compliance with U.S. securities laws, including working on and reviewing Section 16 filings and other SEC reports such as proxy statements.
• Assist with shareholder meeting preparation, including director and officer questionnaires.
• Help maintain and implement corporate governance policies and practices, including compliance with NASDAQ listing rules.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, Accounting, HR, and other global teams to anticipate and address corporate governance needs for U.S. and Americas subsidiaries.
• Take ownership of corporate governance matters for U.S. and Americas entities, including forming and dissolving entities, ensuring compliance, managing periodic regulatory filings, and coordinating board and shareholder meetings and actions.
• Maintain corporate records for both U.S. and international entities, including director and officer information.
• Assist with corporate transactions such as capital markets activities, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, intercompany financings, and related projects.
• Act as a point of contact for other departments regarding questions about global entities.
• Coordinate signatures, notarizations, and legalization of documents for matters in countries worldwide.
• Identify opportunities to improve current processes and workflows.
We could be a match if:
• You have 8+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal, ideally in both a top-tier law firm and an in-house public multinational company.
• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience.
• You have strong hands-on experience and deep knowledge of legal concepts related to U.S. public company reporting, including Section 16 and other SEC filings, as well as legal entity formation, dissolution, and compliance in the U.S. and internationally.
• You have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience improving processes. You can multitask, solve problems, and manage complex projects in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• You work well with others and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external advisors. You take ownership and are accountable.
• You are proficient with DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.
• You have experience using online entity management systems.
