About Us
At Ronda Nelson & Co, we help wellness professionals build thriving practices and spend more time on the work they love. We’re a small-but-strong team (three amazing people plus our founder) and we’re looking for a Virtual Operations Coordinator to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Our current operations coordinator is stepping away to start a family after six years, and we’re looking for someone who’s just as proactive, organized, and enjoyable to work with to take over the role.

About the Role
This position isn’t a typical assistant role—it’s the support system that keeps our business moving. You’ll partner with the CEO to manage projects, help the team, improve processes, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

You won’t be managing a large team. Instead, you’ll help our small team stay focused, organized, and aligned. If you like working with Asana boards, building systems, and making the workday easier for others, we’d love to hear from you.

In This Role, You Will:
• Work with the CEO to streamline operations and protect her time and attention
• Monitor project timelines using Asana and Airtable
• Manage internal calendars, SOPs, and weekly workflows
• Keep the team organized and on track through clear communication and support
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members
• Assist with basic financial tasks, including invoice handling and monthly reconciliation (QuickBooks Desktop)
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, communication, and efficiency

You’re a Great Fit If You:
• Enjoy building clear structure that’s organized, efficient, and easy to follow
• Have experience in operations, project management, or executive support
• Are comfortable with technology and able to learn new tools quickly
• Communicate clearly and respectfully—and follow through without needing repeated reminders
• Enjoy remote work with a small, flexible team
• Want to support a purpose-driven, warm, and a little cheeky company
• Are available 20–25 hours/week with some overlap in Pacific Time
