Insomnia Cookies is excited to open a brand-new store in Manhattan later this year, and we’re currently hiring Cookie Crew members for our upcoming Penn Station location in Suite C108.

As a Cookie Crew member, you’re the ultimate Insomniac. You’ll be the welcoming face of the store, greeting customers, and you’ll also get the chance to bake our warm, irresistible cookies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A COOKIE CREW MEMBER:
• Greet customers promptly and take their orders
• Help customers navigate the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide warm, friendly service both in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Prepare and ship delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Handle payments and the register with precision
• Keep the bakery clean, sanitized, and well organized

DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
• Customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, genuine, outgoing personality
• Motivated and driven
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
