Cantilever is a small digital agency in Ridgewood, NJ with clients in NYC and around the world.Our goal is to build the best websites possible– sitesthat deliver maximum return for our clients while delivering an exceptional experience for users. We are looking for a gifted WordPress and/or ExpressionEngine-focused developer to join us in this mission. This is a 3-month contract, nominally for 20 hours per week, but we are flexible and willing to hire you full-time if you’re the right person. If you enjoy working with us and vice-versa, we will be extremely interested in offering a full-time, salaried position after the contract period.

We are open to an hourly rate, day rate, or monthly rate arrangement –whatever you prefer. We are most comfortable with rates under$75/hour, but understand the value of quality work. Ultimately,wewant to pay what you want to be making.

This is not a junior role. We need someone who can maintain and build complex WordPress and/or EE websites from Day 1, largely independently.

We are also seeking a cultural fit. You must write well and communicate clearly; You should prefer making things from scratch; You should have passions and interests outside of work.
