Groove, a top-rated help desk software company, is seeking a Content Writer to join our small but expanding team. In this role, you will work directly with the VP of Content and create search‑optimized blog posts designed to turn readers into trial users and customers.

Responsibilities
• Write 2–3 engaging, actionable, conversion‑driven blog posts each week.
• Capture and edit screenshots for each article.
• Optimize all content to achieve strong search engine performance.
• Research competitors and ensure any comparisons are accurate while clearly highlighting Groove’s advantages.
• Track search rankings and regularly update existing content as needed.

Qualifications
• Bonus: Experience in customer service.
• At least two years of professional writing experience, either in‑house or freelance.
• Ability to write persuasive, conversion‑focused content and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Basic image editing abilities, including taking screenshots and resizing or cropping images.
• Solid understanding of SEO, including keyword research, search intent, and content optimization without keyword stuffing.
• Strong time‑management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Previous freelance or remote work experience.
