Join our Trust & Safety team to help keep online platforms secure and compliant. As a Content Moderator, you will review user-generated content—including images, videos, text, and livestreams—against platform policies, identifying and acting on violations with speed and accuracy.

**Responsibilities**
– Review user-generated content (images, video clips, text posts, and comments) against client platform policies.
– Categorize content accurately: approve, remove, escalate, or send for secondary review.
– Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy above the required SLA level.
– Identify and escalate urgent content (self-harm, CSAM, terrorism, illegal activity) within the defined SLA (typically within 2 hours).
– Record all moderation decisions correctly in the moderation tool for audit and reporting.
– Attend weekly calibration sessions to stay aligned on policy interpretation.
– Provide QA input on edge cases and policy gray areas.
– Maintain confidentiality for all platform content and user data reviewed.

**Requirements**
– 1–3 years of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or online policy enforcement.
– Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
– Ability to make consistent, policy-based decisions quickly under high-volume pressure.
– Emotional resilience, as the role may involve graphic or disturbing content (structured well-being support is provided).
– Basic proficiency in English; additional regional language skills are valued.
– A graduate degree preferred; 10+2 with relevant experience considered.

**Nice to Have**
– Experience moderating video, livestream, or social media content specifically.
– Familiarity with content moderation tools (e.g., Jira-based queues, Brainware, or similar).
– Knowledge of CSAM reporting requirements and platform policy frameworks.
