Job Overview
The Content Marketer will create the content strategy, leading the team in generating new content, writing and editing content, and managing social channels. To be successful in this role, you should be curious! Ask questions, get to know the Berbix product and our customers, and be interested in what problems we’re solving. You should also enjoy writing, reviewing, and editing content as well as providing feedback to others on their writing.
Responsibilities and Duties
Own the overall content strategy and measure and report on success of content
Develop a deep understanding of Berbix’s key audiences, developing leading content that resonates with our partners and customers
Manage the content calendar including regular blog posts, social media posts, gated and ungated content for the website, and email campaigns
Conduct customer interviews to write case studiesLeverage current messaging and positioning to write ebooks, whitepapers, blog posts
Work closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to align all content to approved messaging/positioning
Coordinate with cross functional teams to create new content
Assist the sales team with outbound email content and nurture streams
Implement SEO best practices
Qualifications
4 years of experience in content marketing
Experience at a B2B/SaaS company, ideally at a startup
Ability to thrive in an ever-changing work environment
Detail-oriented work style and passion for learning
Proven ability to create smart and engaging content and exceptional writing skills
