OVERVIEW

The Sr. Content Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of 15Five’s Go-To-Market content strategy. 15Five has built a powerful content program that is unique, heartfelt, and well-written, designed to inspire and inform leaders at some of today’s top performing organizations.

This leader helps define and drive a vision for delivering value to our market through relevant content and resources that demonstrate authority, build trust, and lead to long-lasting customer relationships. They deeply understand the needs of our buyers and product users, and respond to the challenges our community is facing by collaborating with internal and external thought leaders and influencers to deliver the right content through the right channel at the right time. This role is integral in forging new relationships with partners in the HR/Performance Management/Employee Engagement space for promotion and syndication, and discovering new avenues for us to share our leading-edge product, culture, and philosophy with the world.
