🚀 About the Role
Quantum Metric is seeking a Content Design Intern to help craft the voice, tone, and conversational experience of Felix, our AI-powered analytics assistant. You’ll work at the intersection of product, UX, and language—creating content that helps enterprise users understand complex data with clarity and confidence.
This internship offers hands-on experience in how content design supports enterprise SaaS products, especially within analytics and AI. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure Felix communicates with the precision, care, and credibility our customers expect.
This is a 12‑week, part‑time internship (up to 25 hours per week) that provides meaningful business impact while helping you build your content design skills.
🔧 Responsibilities
• Define and refine voice and tone guidelines for Felix AI, ensuring it aligns with a trusted, enterprise-level analytics experience
• Write and improve conversational UI content such as prompts, responses, explanations, and error messages
• Translate complex analytics concepts into clear, user-centered language
• Collaborate with designers and product managers so Felix’s language matches user needs, workflows, and expectations
• Participate in reviews and feedback sessions to continuously improve content
• Document patterns and best practices to support consistency and scalability
• Learn how content design works within a modern SaaS organization
• Explore how language influences trust and usability in AI tools
• Gain experience working cross-functionally in an agile environment
• Understand how enterprise analytics users think, ask questions, and make decisions
💡 Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UX, Content Design, Technical Writing, HCI, Journalism, English, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing abilities with an interest in UX or product content
• Ability to clearly and thoughtfully communicate complex ideas
• Curiosity about analytics, AI, or enterprise software (no prior experience needed)
• Openness to feedback and iteration
• A portfolio or writing samples that show clarity, structure, and user-focused thinking
• Interest in prompt engineering is a strong plus
