Help shape how Spotify communicates, guides, and supports listeners through intelligent, intuitive experiences. We’re looking for a Senior Content Designer to create the language, systems, and behaviors that define how people interact with Spotify’s AI-powered and traditional product experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of language, interaction, and adaptive technology. You’ll design experiences that are clear, warm, and unmistakably Spotify—whether through system messages, guidance flows, dynamic interfaces, or emerging AI features. Your work will influence how our products speak, respond, and evolve across millions of moments every day.

No matter whether your background is in Content Design, UX Writing, Product Design, or Systems Design, you’ll have room to explore new ways to build strong editorial models and help define the next generation of content-led experiences at Spotify.

**What you’ll do**
– Create world-class content design for our mobile and partner experiences.
– Define the frameworks, patterns, and editorial logic that guide content across Spotify’s product ecosystem.
– Build scalable systems that bring clarity and consistency across multiple surfaces—from mobile and desktop to voice and AI-supported interactions.
– Assess content for accuracy, clarity, inclusivity, and ethical responsibility. Maintain high standards for tone, taxonomy, structure, and narrative coherence. Contribute to systems and processes that help teams monitor and improve AI-generated output over time, keeping it safe, reliable, and aligned with Spotify’s values.
– Collaborate with cross-functional partners to test ideas, explore new techniques, and strengthen shared craft. Help teams make confident content-led decisions, share insights, and build a culture that values thoughtful, human-centered communication.

**Who you are**
– An expert content designer who has created content within digital products, ideally across complex, multi-modal systems.
– A strong understanding of how language affects user experience and system behavior, and comfort designing where logic, interaction, and narrative come together.
– Skilled at collaborating in multidisciplinary teams, with a curious, inclusive mindset for solving problems.
– Deep care for clarity, accessibility, and creating experiences that support users from diverse backgrounds and with different needs.
– Motivated by evolving environments—ranging from AI-supported interfaces to new ways to guide global audiences—and able to bring structure, insight, and creativity to emerging challenges.

**Where you’ll be**
– This role is based in London or Stockholm.
– Enjoy flexibility: there will be some in-person meetings, but you’ll still have the option to work from home.
