StickOut.com is seeking a Part-Time Community Manager to join our Marketing & Audience Development team to manage our social media presence, and drive all aspects of the company’s social and audience-building strategy. This position is for 20-25 week. The ideal candidate will have growth-hacking in their DNA, and be an expert in building community on key social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest), be well-versed in emerging platforms and tech industry trends, have a proven track record of audience building from the ground up, and have a creative mind driven by KPI’s. Experience with social KPI’s and metrics, editorial writing, and promoting diverse content within a brand voice are important. Passion about and knowledge of the topics that the StickOut.com brand covers —DIY, beauty, style, pop culture, and news —are a must. Responsibilities: As a company still in its start-up phase, StickOut.com seeks a Community Manager in a fluid role that executes the following duties: Oversee the daily maintenance and growth of StickOut.com’s social media accounts. Implement StickOut’s media strategy on a daily basis. Develop and hone a consistent editorial voice across all platforms. Responsible for audience growth per social channel: providing growth projections, setting goals and ensuring that these goals are surpassed. Create editorials for content marketing, contests, and engagement strategies. Oversee analytics reporting and provide interpretation for the larger team. Consult with branded entertainment and marketing teams on planning and execution of branded campaigns. Educate broader company on social trends and editorial strategy.
