Join our team in training AI models to excel at coding generation! We’re seeking talented engineers to work remotely on exciting projects. As part of this opportunity, you’ll contribute to train generative artificial intelligence models, helping them become proficient software engineers.

Responsibilities

We have partnered with organizations to train AI large language models (LLMs), helping cutting-edge generative AI models write better code. Projects typically include discrete, highly variable problems that involve engaging with these models as they learn .

Example projects might include:

• Deep understanding of SW concepts, like general systems design, good programming practices, functional programming, OOP, design patterns, software architectures, etc.

• Optimizing code to run at maximum efficiency

• Writing robust test cases to confirm code works efficiently and effectively

• Writing human-readable summaries of problems

• Writing explanations of how software engineering can solve problems and evaluate various solution approaches

No previous experience with AI necessary! You will receive detailed instructions on what is expected of you after you complete the application and verification process.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

• One of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field AND 2+ years of experience in a software engineering role (frontend/backend/full-stack)

• Master’s degree or PhD in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• Complete fluency in the English language

• Ability to articulate complex scientific concepts in a clear and engaging manner

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in writing

• Solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines

• Proficiency working with one or more of the the following languages:

• Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, etc

• Proficiency working cutting-edge frameworks such as Reactjs, Vercel, Angular, Vue.js, Django, etc.

• Minimum weekly availability: 30 hours

Pay: Up to $26 USD per hour (location and qualification dependent)
