Early stage startup in the surf and snow travel industry currently looking for a website developer, who also understands basic front end website design, to be our technical cofounder and help develop our MVP. This person would become a founder of the company, and receive equity in exchange for "sweat". This sweat equity position does not include a salary of any kind (until we have investors and are a funded company).

You must have an innate drive and passion for building cool new things, love to code, can work independently, and be ok with a non paid equity only startup venture at this point in your life. As a company co-foudner the hours could range from 10 per week to 30. It all depends on what the startup needs!
