We are looking for a sales specialist – co-owner to join us in shaping our multinational digital agency. The combination of your sales skills and our working capacity shall enable use to offer a quality service for half the price.

Due to operating in Latvia, we are able to offer attractive project costs thanks to the labour force and low tax of Latvia. To put this into perspective – industry professional salaries in Latvia are three times less than those in England. An average web designer in England earns around 3 900 EUR monthly, while in Latvia – 1 100 EUR/monthly; Web developer in England earns around 4 500 EUR/monthly, but in Latvia – 1 400 EUR/monthly (sources https://www.reed.co.uk, www.algaslv).

The qualification of Latvian developers and designers is very high and it is proven by a number of global IT companies such as Accenture and Tieto operating in Latvian market for more than 15 years.

Requirements: Desired experience in IT. Previous sales or project management experience. Ability to work on own initiative. Excellent English and communication skills
