The EMEA Security practice is seeking Senior Security Engineers in India. Joining a small but rapidly expanding team, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, advising and guiding customers through their cloud security journey.

You will work with major enterprise clients to strengthen their security posture and resolve security issues in their environments. By offering thought leadership and professional consulting, you will help customers navigate their digital transformation securely, whether they operate in single‑cloud, multi‑cloud, or hybrid environments.

You will also play a key role in enhancing existing services as part of a dedicated team focused on delivering industry‑leading security solutions.

Job Requirements
• Provide advanced engineering support for Cloudflare solutions.
• Assist with designing and deploying solutions such as WAF managed rules, OWASP ruleset optimization, Cloudflare Firewall configurations, rate limiting, DDoS policies, page and transform rules, custom solutions, bot management, threat scoring optimization, SSL management, Cloudflare SSL for SaaS, and Cloudflare DNS.
• Implement web security best practices using Cloudflare core tools.
• Improve performance and caching with Cloudflare core technologies.
• Offer insight and guidance on securing a wide range of origin applications.
• Provide expert advice on cloud security posture.
• Troubleshoot and remediate issues with security tools and security incidents.
• Support customers with general cloud security and compliance recommendations.
• Assist customers with testing and troubleshooting implemented security tools.
• Contribute to Rackspace product and service development as needed.

Required Skills
• Hands‑on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proven experience working with CDN technologies.
• Experience deploying and operating Cloud WAF and bot management tools to protect web applications.
• Ability to analyze and refine WAF policies for enterprise‑level security.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, web protocols, and TLS.
• Strong confidence in providing consultative security leadership.

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of technologies such as EDR, IPS, AV, firewalls, vulnerability management, and RASP.
• Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCSP, CISSP, GCSA, or CISM.
• Relevant certifications or training in cloud security engineering for AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience securing or modernizing legacy environments.
