Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will maintain and grow the Itemize infrastructure on AWS.Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining Itemize’s AWS infrastructure assets including S3, VPCs, EC2s, Load balancers, API Gateways, Lambda Function, RDS, Aurora, Cloudwatch, SNS, Cloud formation, Elastic Search, WAF

• Creating and maintaining monitoring and alerting

• Ensuring the security and scalability of platforms

• Automate and simplify deployments of infrastructure

• Support AppDev CI/CD pipelines (in CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline)

• Troubleshooting issues ranging from unresponsive instances to networking

• Ensure the security of all services, including maintaining infrastructure to be PCI and SOC compliant

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

NICE TO HAVE

• Certified DevOps Engineer
