This role isresponsible for driving cloud sales growth across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and cybersecurity solutions, managing a high-performing team, develop ingstrategic partnerships, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
Sales & Business Development
· Develop and execute a cloud sales strategy focused on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and cybersecurity solutions.
· Drive revenue growth and market expansion across public and private sectors.
· Identify and close large enterprise deals, managing complex B2B/B2G sales cycles.
· Ensure sales pipeline management and forecasting accuracy in CRM systems.
· Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
· Lead and mentor a team of six sales professionals, ensuring performance and career growth.
· Establish clear KPIs and sales targets for the team.
· Provide coaching on solution selling, market trends, and competitive positioning.
· Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Customer Engagement
· Develop and manage relationships with key customers.
· Work closely with Microsoft, AWS, and cybersecurity vendors to co-sell and drive joint go-to-market strategies.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
Solution Expertise & Compliance
· Maintain deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, and cybersecurity solutions.
· Ensure sales team adheres to security and compliance regulations, aligning with cloud provider best practices.
· Support RFPs, tenders, and cloud migration projects in regulated industries (finance, government, healthcare).
Reporting & Strategy Execution
· Provide regular sales reports, competitive analysis, and market trends to executive leadership.
· Align with corporate cloud strategy and regional business objectives.
· Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and customer success initiatives.
Key Qualifications & Skills
· Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, SaaS, and hybrid cloud architectures.
· Experience selling Microsoft Azure, AWS, and security solutions.
· Knowledge of cloud pricing models, subscription plans, and managed services.
· 2+ years of cloud sales experience.
· Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing cloud revenue.
· Ability to engage C-level executives and handle complex deal negotiations.
· Experience managing a sales team of at least 3-5 people, setting KPIs and coaching reps.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to motivate and build a high-performance culture.
· Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, Creatio, Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
· Ability to analyze data, create reports, and forecast sales accurately.
